This website is provided for informational purposes and to allow visitors to contact Orthaviel Digital about potential work. You agree to use the site lawfully and not to interfere with its operation or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of it.

That covers ordinary browsing, sharing a link with a colleague, and sending a message through the contact form. It does not cover automated scraping, probing for hidden endpoints, or any attempt to slow the site down for other visitors.

Quoting a short passage with a link back to the original page is fine. Copying a full page, lifting the layout, or reselling our written material is not.

Submitting a form or contacting us through this site does not create a client relationship or any obligation on either side. A client relationship exists only where a separate written agreement has been signed by both parties.

Messages sent before that agreement are treated as preliminary enquiry. Neither side is bound to proceed, and nothing discussed in an enquiry becomes a deliverable until the signed agreement says so.

Where a signed engagement agreement names a different governing law, that agreement controls for the work it covers.
